Located west of Dover in Wabaunsee County, Echo Cliff has a rich Indian history. Archeological digs unearthed pot shards and arrowheads dating to 800-1000 AD when the Woodland Indians lived in the Kansas land (Grasshopper Falls Phase). Towering 75 feet, the scenic cliff overlooks Mission Creek and was named “Echo Cliff” because of the acoustics. The old iron and wood bridge is an ideal place to fish. Picnic tables are available.

Address: K-4 and Echo Cliff Road
