People come from miles around to use the many parks and recreation facilities in Burlington. Burlington has five recreational parks: Conrad Park, Drake Park and City Dam, Jones Youth Recreational Park, and Kelley Park, and Oak Park, the city’s newest park. Enjoy the scenery as you walk along the Oak Park Walking Trail. These parks offer a variety of activities. Two parks offer camping and hook-ups, three parks offer baseball and softball fields, one park offers three soccer fields. Other excellent facilities offered in the parks in Burlington include: two tennis courts, an outdoor swimming pool, two outdoor three-wall racquetball courts, two outdoor basketball courts, four well-equipped playground sites, and several attractive picnic areas for use by the public for large gatherings.
